They're famous!

The girls at play well just M, toy destruction and C taking a nap...again, M and C getting entertained by the kitty and daddy, M reading a book!

The girls took some photos for a Babyworks a few months ago and their website finally came up! M was being a little more cooperative that day and ended up in 4 shots, while poor C only ended up in one. They all look super cute though along with all the other babies they used! Here are the links to the girls pics, you can click on the thumbnail photos and get them a lot larger. If you interested in buying any green baby gear the website has a 10% off coupon right now. Hope you enjoy the pictures of the girls!

Besides the launch of the girls' modeling careers, a lot has been going on around the menagerie! Thanksgiving is almost here which involves a lot of planning, pie making and driving. This year we're going to hit two Thanksgivings, but only eat at one. Kind of what Mommy did last year, but this time the two babies will be out of the belly and Daddy will be home! We're looking forward to seeing everyone and showing off all the neat "tricks" the babies can do!

The adventure for the week happened yesterday when Mommy had one of those glorious days. It started a little sour when M decided she wanted to be up at 5 something. Mommy spent a little time getting up and putting M's pacifier back in, then discovered she couldn't go back to sleep. Mommy hit the shower early and had her cup tea before the babies were up. That left the morning nap period open to other projects. Mommy decided she would get the dreaded house cleaning out of the way. The girls slept through it all, including the vacuuming! They usually only sleep 30-45 minutes for the morning nap, but instead opted for 1 1/2 hours! Mommy couldn't believe it and was reveling in her domestic feat of getting all the house work done super early. It left the afternoon nap open to making Christmas cards, now that Mommy finally nailed down a design. Later in the evening, Mommy had to make a run to the craft store. Mommy gets a semi-frantic call from Daddy completely frustrated with little C who was emitting piercing screeches from the background. She didn't want to be held, play with toys, play in the activity gym...nope she just wanted to scream. Mommy hurried home to find a happy bathed C and a rather harried, hungry, grouchy Daddy. Well at least the girls were perfect angels when I was by myself right? There have been plenty of days where that has been reversed!

Today while Mommy was writing this post, M figured out how to army crawl across the floor. Much more efficient then the previous scooting! So far the dog toys have been discovered, the sewing machine cord, the lap top cord and she followed Mommy into the baby room. Yikes this happened a little sooner then expected and for the Grandmas, don't worry all the offensive items have been moved out of reach! M and C are playing like big girls now and like to steal, sort, share and throw all their toys! They're in 9 month clothing and even in some 12 month! C is getting pretty long, Mommy just realized her little thigh rolls have disappeared! They are constantly trying new foods and recently tried chicken. The jury is still out on that one, but Mommy is going mad trying to keep up with those growing appetites! Speaking of, Mommy needs to throw some squash in the oven and apples in the baby cooker!

Daddy starts a little vacation tonight, so hopefully the little bathroom will get done! We're also looking forward to seeing Grandpa L and Grandma C in early December, they will be so surprised to see how big the girls are and we're looking forward to hearing about their European excursion! Everyone have a great Thanksgiving!

Also congrats to the McG's and their new arrival, a lovely little girl! Welcome to the insanity of parenthood and we hope you guys are getting a little sleep and send out some pics already! ;)
